Holland Catering buffs ‘Hutten’ have their own sustainable house brand, called ‘De Guijt’. Its product range is a delicious, healthy mix of all kinds of local good stuff, especially potatoes: pure, honest ingredients for which they rely on a series of hardworking local heroes (farmers and other soilsearching suppliers).

To celebrate these lovely locals and serve the people some good, honest, tasty food based on all those good, honest, tasty ‘De Guijt’ products, they’ve literally raised a barn.
Well, Creneau did it for them, actually. We designed a ‘sustainable snackbar’ focused on the simplicity and purity of the farm origins of the food, using white tiles, an open counter, open storage shelves for wall decoration and putting out burlap sacks of potatoes for all to see: there’s pride in the farmer’s ways here.
By adding a few fancy graphic design twists, we livened things up a bit and by giving every customer free tapwater and excellent service, we (Creneau and Hutten: peas in a well designed pod) have proven that you don’t need much to be happy, as longs as every single thing is done just right.
